Our Services

Whether you're preparing for litigation, conducting a workplace investigation, evaluating a complaint, assessing witness credibility, or pursuing investigative leads, statement analysis can help you make more informed decisions and focus your time where it matters most.

Important Note

Statement analysis is an investigative and analytical tool-not a stand-alone determination of truth or deception. Findings are presented as indicators, concerns, and investigative recommendations, not absolute conclusions of guilt, innocence, truth, or deception.  It should inform investigations and legal strategy but not replace evidence.

Analysis of a Verbal or Written Statement

An analytical review of written or transcribed verbal statements to identify indicators of deception, credibility indicators, investigative leads, omissions, suspect identification, inconsistencies, and recommended follow-up areas.

Interview, Deposition, Trial, and EUO Preparation

Development of targeted questions based on statement analysis findings, including topics to clarify, challenge, verify, and investigate further.

Investigative Strategy Consultation

Advisory support to help attorneys and investigators identify evidence, prepare interview questions and strategies, and establish next investigative steps.

Comparative Statement Analysis

Analyze multiple statements from the same person or different people to evaluate consistency, narrative changes, contradictions, and areas requiring further inquiry.

Litigation Support

Analytical review of interview statements/transcripts or related materials to assist with case preparation, mapping interview questions, strategy, and legal decision-making.

Attorneys

Statement analysis can help you evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, and veracity of statements before litigation, deposition, trial, EUO’s, mediation, or negotiation.

Is this person being deceptive?

Has information been omitted from the account?

Are there timeline or narrative inconsistencies/manipulations?

Has the person’s story changed?

What key questions should be asked in a deposition or cross-examination?

What areas require additional investigation or discovery?

What information should be independently corroborated before trial?

Does the statement support or weaken the client’s position?

Investigators

Statement analysis can help you determine if a person is a likely suspect, decide how to prioritize your limited time and resources, what interview questions to ask, and what investigative leads to pursue.

Is this person a likely suspect or not?

Is this person a victim or not?

Should this case be closed, expanded, or redirected?

What parts of the statement require follow-up investigation?

Has information has been omitted?
